The Endocrine Glands And The Stress Response

July 24, 2014 by Patrick Mounter Leave a Comment

ENDOCRINE SYSsphenoid bone_sella turcica boneTEM: The ENDOCRINE GLANDS affect every function of our body and biology, and their functions are interrelated. When one gland dysfunctions, here vital energy is diminished and all the other glands dysfunction, and the function of the endocrine glands are affected greatly by the flow of CSF, Cerebrospinal fluid and cranial movement.

Cranial movement, or lack of movement, has a profound effect on the endocrine system in two ways; first, the movement of the sella turcica-sphenoid bone, which helps form the roof of the mouth, massages, or “milks” the anterior and posterior lobes of the pituitary gland alternately as the cranial bones move during respiration.  When you join the Stress2Vitality program you will learn how to re-set the diaphragm muscle which in turn improves the cranial bone movement through better lung capacity improving the overall quality of function of all the glandular system and enhancing vital energy for the ENDOCRINE SYSTEM.

Pituitary Gland Function And Your Vital Energy

Said movement is believed to greatly enhance the pituitary function, the pituitary gland being the “master” gland of the body, which communicates and regulates all other endocrine glands, controlling all body functions, directly, or indirectly.

Secondly, the venal blood outflow of the cranial cavity may be affected, in as much as the jugular foramen (jugular vein port) is located at the junction of the occipital and temporal bones. According to researcher Dr Goodheart DC, the lack of cranial movement may cause a back pressure, as well as keep the interior cranial temperature too high and it can only fractions of a degree that may be involved.

This affects the performance of the hypothalamus, which is temperature sensitive, and is the control gland for the pituitary, the master gland. Consequently, if there is some restriction, or impairment, of the movement of the sacrum, the Cerebrospinal fluid is not pumped efficiently and the cranial bones do not articulate appropriately and all the vital functions of the Cerebrospinal fluid as well as the endocrine system are diminished accordingly. The results are, among other things, diminished learning capabilities and motor skills due to the restricted vital energy flow.

Are Your Hormones Restricting Your Vital Energy

Some causes for impaired cranial bone movement can be head injury of any sort to having a concussion of which is a most serious injury. Having lots of stress and drama, emotional stress, mental stress anything that is a threat to your well-being. Lots of negative thoughts pump out the wrong type of hormones restricting vital energy the list is endless.

What you want is a simple and easy way to get yourself out of the mess you feel you are in and take back your life. When you learn how to re-charge your vital energy and re-establish a strong meridian energy flow throughout your entire body, your mind works better, your emotions feel calm and the tension is gone out of your muscles. Your hormones will function better and the Cerebrospinal fluid flow is stronger and that is what you want isn’t it? A happier me!
